About me poster

  • Creating this poster was an opportunity to not only share my favourite things, but also learn and practice skills on photoshop.
  • I included my favourite albums and the Spotify logo as I thoroughly enjoy listening to a range of music and therefore it is one of my most frequently used apps. In my down time, I also like to stream tv shows/films on Netflix and my favourite film is a 90s rom-com called '10 things I hate about you'.
  • I am currently re-teaching myself how to play the guitar, after many years, and hope to some day own my own electric guitar which has been included in the top right corner.
  • My favourite flowers are tulips, from which I was able to remove the background and create the image of them sprouting up from the bottom of the page.
  • When doing this task, we used different layers to add to the complexity of the poster, and were shown to cut out a circular shape from one of the base colours in order to show the picture underneath. This was one of many skills I gained completing this activity.
